Prices range from £80 – £300 per night ($ 125 – $ 475) based on two adults sharing a standard room. Ill give you the prices in Dollars as well, as I don’t know where you are from 🙂

Novotel London Greenwich: £89 ($ 140) per night

DeVere Venues Davenport House (200 yards from National Maritime Museum, Greenwich) £99 ($ 155) per night.

More Expensive Hotels:

Express by Holiday Inn (Royal Docklands): £125 ($ 200) per night

Novotel London ExCel Centre: £195 ($ 307) per night

Hilton London Dockalnds Riverside; £129 ($ 205) per night

Most Expensive Hotels:

Marriott West India Quay: £295 ($ 465) per night

Question by clee: Does anyone know of any good hotels in london, not too expensive, good for young people and in a good area?
right i’m 18 and me and a friend are looking at going to london for 2 days, just staying one night and i have found brill trains for just £19 each to get there, but struggling to find a hotel, i have stayed in london a few times but only with parents in quite expensive hotels, we are looking for one about £100 a night or less. but we are unsure of best area as we want to shop till we drop (oxford street/ bond street etc) but also want to be near good resturants and clubs, bars etc probably being closer to the night life would be better, saving money on taxis etc. any ideas please help thanks!!!!

As you are no doubt finding, hotels in London are terribly expensive! You might try the Melia in Regents Park, but I understand even it is very expensive these days. To meet your price target you will probably have to find a hotel not close at all to where you want to visit, and then take the tube or taxicabs.

Question by monica: Which chain hotel has the best area to stay in London?
I want to stay in these chain hotels such as IBIS Hotel and Novotel Hotel in mid June with my mom and my son but I have no idea which one has the best/ central location in London since they have many different areas. Any suggestions?

Ibis and Novotel belong to the same chain (Accor). Do you mean you want only Accor-owned brands (they also own Mercure, Etap, Suitehotel, Pullman and Sofitel).

In general, choose hotels close to central Tube (underground) stations and you’ll be fine. Don’t choose hotels outside the three main zones unless you have a good reason to, or that you’d rather save on hotel and spend on travelling (time and money).

On Hotel.site – the best ranked brand name hotel is the Hilton Canary Wharf

The best Accor-owned brand name hotel is not far behind, the Novotel:

With both, you’re in a great location.

On hotel, you can also search by brand name or chain, take the left hand bar, and choose under “Hotel Group” Novotel, Ibis, Mercure or any other brand name you’d like to check:

Booking.com ranks another Hilton at the top, the Tower Bridge Hilton:

However, its first hotel belongs to the Taj chain:

They also rank Novotel Paddington high, and as the first Accor hotel on their list:
